Everything you need to know

Hi there! Thank you so much for your interest in Hermosa Fiber Company. Here are a few things you need to know about the shop.

• Most items are pre-orders, meaning they're dyed to order. Once you place your order, it will take between 15 and 20 business days for us to complete it and ship it to you.
  

• Payment is due at the time of order through PayPal. TAX: Washington residents will be charged  9.5% tax when checking out.
  

• Please note that colors may be pictured in any base we carry, and will vary from base to base. If the color difference is noticeable, we will email you with a picture to be sure you're happy with it.
  

• Hermosa Yarn is dyed in a dog friendly home. While Lucy doesn't roll around in the yarn and we make every effort to keep the yarn stored away from her reach, an occasional hair might be found in a skein here or there. 

• We photograph our yarn as accurately as possible but color and saturation differ from monitor to monitor.

• We try our best to avoid them but knots and slubs are unfortunately part of the milling process and you may find them in a skein.
